All above prices are per person on a B & B basis.
Children under 12 are 1/2 price when sharing with 2 full paying adults.
Supplements may be charged for single nights and sea views when available.

Conditions of Booking

All accommodation is offered subject to availability at time of booking and is based on 2 adults sharing. Single supplements may apply.

In the event of cancellation or curtailment, should the accommodation not be re-let, the person whose signature appears on the booking will be liable to pay for the total cost as per reservation, less an allowance for food, deposits are non refundable.

If deposit has been paid on a credit/debit card then and payment due, owing to cancellation, will also be made on this same account by the proprietor.

Rooms are to be vacated by 10.00am on day of departure and rooms will be ready by 1500 hours on day of arrival.

Should you be delayed and not arriving at designated time, please let us know as rooms may be re-let.

If parking on the forecourt (limited spaces) keys must be left at reception.

Proprietors reserve the right to amend or terminate any bookings should conduct of any party/guest cause any detriment to the comfort of other guests.
